Social Studies Feb. 7

Today we learned about President Jackson. He is a king President, which means he thought he was a king. He ordered people around. Jackson sent troops and warships to South Carolina to force the state collect the taxes. During the 1800's thousands of people had moved West. Some people were forced to move off there land because they had different religious beliefs. Between 1845 and 1860 more immigrants had came to the United States than ever before.
