The Frozen Turkey Dilemma

Our writing assignment was to create an ending to the story of The Frozen Turkey Dilemma. Here's a short summary of what has happened so far.

Mom, Tim, and Tina discovered their turkey was still frozen. Their family was coming soon for
Thanksgiving dinner. What was the family going to do?

This ending is written by Hannah, Colin, McKenzie and Gage"I've got it "said Tim. "I know how we can solve this frozen turkey Dilemma." It's like salmon swimming up stream. They brought gifts and food. She did not give the turkey enough time through out. Mom cooked the turkey, and Tim and Tina had a little time to solve the turkey dilemma. Whiskers was hiding in the oven. They would serve ham. Tim's idea was to put it in the microwave.

This ending is written by Macy Jo, Hunter, Sam
I know how we can solve the frozen turkey dilemma. We can put the turkey in the boiling water in a big pot let it cook for at least 2 hours. the relatives will eat the side dishes well the turkey is cooking. When there done eating the side dishes the family can play some board games and talk look at some family photo's laugh. They get the turkey out of the oven the cat jumps on the turkey starts scratching it.The mom cleans the turkey off and the family starts eating it!!!

By: Carson K. Matthew and Aubrey
I've got it! said Tim, I know how we can solve this frozen turkey dilemma. They put the turkey in the oven, later the cat Whiskers gets in the oven and eats the turkey. Since the turkey was inside Whiskers and he was in the oven baking, They all just decided to have him for the main course. since Whiskers was the main course he woke up and everyone was eating him!!! And he tried to get away but everyone ate his legs! And everyone was still hungry and they opened and they opened they stuffing... and it EXPLODED in their face! And then they all just licked it off their face. Since Whiskers only had his head, they played volleyball with his head! Then Whiskers yelled WHHATTS GOINNG OONN!!!! Then  Whiskers got mad and when they served they dropped him. Whiskers said OW! And then he died :( and the people started crying!

In science we did salt saturation experiment. We poured our salt saturation in a funnel with a coffee filter. All the water that was in the bottle was poured into a cup through the funnel. We discovered that if you put in fifty ml. of water in a cup, any amount of salt, and filter it, there is still only about 15 grams of salt left in the solution that dissolved.  The salt that was left in the coffee filter, we stuck on an evaporation dish with a coffee filter. Then we wrote about how many spoon fulls of salt we stuck in our bottle and how many grams it weighed. Learning about saturation is fun.
